2. SERVICES

ShotzbyTj provides photography services including but not limited to: portrait, lifestyle, event, and brand photography. Details, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time.

3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

• A deposit is required to secure a session.

• Remaining balance is due before or on the date of the shoot.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled by ShotzbyTj.

• No unedited or RAW photos will be provided.

4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.

• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit.

• Weather delays and emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. PHOTO DELIVERY

• Edited photos are delivered via Pixieset within 2–3 weeks (unless stated otherwise).

• Delivery times may vary based on workload and session type.

6. COPYRIGHT & USAGE

• ShotzbyTj retains full copyright to all images.

• Clients receive personal-use rights.

• Commercial use (ads, resale, merchandise) requires written permission and a licensing agreement.

7. CLIENT CONDUCT

You agree to respect the process, arrive on time, and treat the photographer and equipment with care. Disruptive or abusive behavior may result in session termination without refund.

8. LIABILITY

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during shoots. By booking, you agree to these risks.

9. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or site constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
